I focus on teaching accessible, inclusive community based classes through charities and social enterprises

Yoga Qualifications

  • 2014 - 2016: YogaCampus teacher training (200 hours) Yoga Alliance and Independent Yoga Network accredited

  • 2016: Qualified Postnatal and Family Yoga teacher (Yoga Campus with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Janine Hurley - 2016

Other work

I have had a varied career, from human rights lawyer, mental health worker, and now I run a not-for-profit Claiming Space providing training and support for lawyers dealing with burnout and vicarious trauma.
