Mother & Baby Yoga

£5 - drop in

This class focusses on healing for mum, bonding with baby, and some baby massage.

You don't need to have done yoga before to come to classes. The movement is slow, gentle, and designed to help you heal, post-birth. 

You are welcome to feed or change your baby at any time, and babies are fully involved in the class.

It's a good idea to come a little early to your first class so that we can get to know each other, and to bring your own blanket!

All welcome from 6 weeks (or 12 weeks after a C-section). Please contact me if you have any questions.

Mindful Yoga for Women

£3 - drop in

A class for women focussed on mindful movement, with slow accessible sequences for all.

Take time to pause in your day, connect with the breath, find peace and relaxation in the inhale and exhale.

Practice mindful movement, breathing and meditation together.

5.45 - 6.45

Yoga for Everybody

£8 - drop in

An early evening class, perfect for those in the neighbourhood who have flexible schedules, students, freelancers, those who work from home (and need a reason to leave the house some days…)

This is a class that includes everyone, from beginners to regular yoga practitioners

Mats are provided but do feel free to bring your own.

If you are a total beginner or have any health issues or injuries, please come along a little early so that we can have a chat before the class.
