A 2.5 hour workshop on mindfulness and movement, focussing on practices that offer different ways to experience and understand mindfulness and meditation.

Mindfulness through:

  • slow movement

  • walking meditation

  • the breath

  • the body

  • sound

  • thoughts

Open to beginners or more experienced students.

In Brixton, a short walk from Brixton tube station and Herne Hill train station.
